Something about my current status

I was born in Ethiopia, East Africa. Currently, I am studying for my Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan. I am currently working on applying deep learning in production, specifically in manufacturing process monitoring. A research journal for this work has been prepared. 

Previously, I have taken courses in this area, such as Artificial intelligence, computation intelligence for engineers (Metaheuristics), Data Science, etc. These courses help me a lot to use machine learning and deep learning in different domains. I understand how to implement and use these deep and machine-learning algorithms in data analysis, such as in price prediction, predictive maintenance, quality control, and so on. 

I have got my BSc degree in Industrial Engineering and my Master's degree in Production Engineering and Management from the Bahir Dar Institute of Technology, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. I have been working as a lecturer at the Bahir dar institute of technology since graduating with my BSc degree in June 2012 till I came to Taiwan for my Ph.D. 

Recently, I have been studying for my Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. My concentration is on the use of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Metaheuristics.
