I live in taiwan , searching for a job of US right now.
经验
Im going for English right now, hope u don’t mind my accent.
And first of all, I have to thank you for giving me this opportunity that I can sit right here today ,having a great conversation with u.
6 years ago, I finished my military service in 南投,I WAS 24,After that,My first job was actually being a field supervisor,or u can call it engineer on-site as well of course.
I have few years experience of being field supervisor in JF(久福金屬) and LPST(錸恩帕斯)these two companies, most of my work located in TSMC FAB,handling project progress and report to our sponsor was the top priority ,however we did manual labour work very often ,carrying heavy objects from point A to point B by human power, and that object could be Metal Parts.
its basically physical work, but that’s not the point.
In engineering industry, moral character is way more important than skills.
What we behaved do matter, because only if u have a good relationship with others, they will come to help u when u bumped into trouble.
So we know how to deal with those difficult people, including our sponsors
That’s what we have learned.
So next,I changed my careers to HLJH in sales service department
Their product is cutting oil,I don’t know if u have any picture of it?
Cutting oil is sort of a lubricating oil,
it is used to lubricate cnc machine, like we drive a car or ride a scooter.
So my work was mainly about paying visit to our customers every single day, Cold Calling would also play an very important role in my work, its basically sales representative.
We joined the sales meeting every single week,we got a panel showing everything, our boss would put it on the big screen, and then he started making a performance review on each one of us,every week.
I guess that was the reason I left that job.
Our boss was kind of realistic,if u had a good performance,he treated u like a brother.however if u had a bad performance,he could be ur nightmare.Plus,he has a bad temper.
And then as u know I went to be an UBER EATS,delivered food to customers, outdoor working, riding a scooter, until this April,I quite. Its a part time job.
I guess that’s all.
Im wondering if you have any question of me?
