The candidate will manage facility systems including supervision of related engineering commissioning adjustment and acceptance plan facility requirements draft construction specifications quotations supervise commission accept projects record analyze facility system operation data provide improvement suggestions perform daily inspections maintenance annual overhauls utility systems handle abnormal situations utility systems manage spare parts establish equipment maintenance records write implement SOP documents utility systems perform equipment instrument calibration tasks write verify validation documents air conditioning air compression pure water central control support building public safety fire inspection tasks handle assigned by supervisors.
