Job Summary & Responsibilities
Onto Innovation is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead strategic engagement with Taiwan customers with global operations. This role represents Onto Innovation's full portfolio — including advanced metrology tools and works closely with global technical teams to drive adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global account strategy aligned with Onto Innovation's objectives
  • Build strong relationships across engineering, R&D, and procurement teams
  • Drive adoption of tools for process control and materials innovation
  • Guide regional sales and service teams to ensure alignment with global strategy
  • Lead customer interactions, including technical reviews, project planning, and negotiations
  • Identify new opportunities and manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates
  • Own the quoting process with cross-functional support

Qualifications
Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years in technical sales or account management, preferably in semiconductor equipment or related industries.
  • Experience with complex capital equipment and customer engagement across organizational levels
  • Strong understanding of metrology, process control, and semiconductor manufacturing
  • BA or MS in Engineering or Science is preferred
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluent in English.
