作為華邦的(竹北) Software Product Manager_數位生產力 ,你將協助內部需求部門建置完善的資訊系統平台,促進企業內部運作並提升生產力。工作內容包含: ,以下為工作內容、工作條件以及重要通知。
身為數位生產力軟體PM,發揮數位工具的最大價值、賦能內部員工應用、整合數位工具並提昇生產力,是你持續的追求。在設計賦能計劃與實現工具落地、產生價值的過程中,我們期待您有以下的能力或經驗:
- 擅長從訪談中找出可以數位化或優化的部份
- 有數位工具、平台、資訊系統的導入經驗(PM角色)
- 習慣使用數位工具管理需求與專案、資源和人力安排
- 擅長與使用者對話,從日常流程找出數位化場景
- 熱愛研究、試用新工具,並常常將它們套用在可能的工作場景想像中
工作地點:竹北辦公室(新竹縣竹北市文興路二段539號)

學歷要求:碩士
科系要求:資訊工程相關 │ 資訊管理相關 │ 其他商業及管理相關
相關經驗:3年以上

- 具3年以上系統導入、IT PM、產品管理或相關經驗
- Microsoft 365、Power Platform、SharePoint、Teams 等工具導入經驗者佳
