- Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring effective execution of the company's recruitment strategies and objectives.
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet the talent needs of various departments within the company.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job description drafting, posting job ads, resume screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment reporting.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with recruitment vendors to ensure timely access to high-quality candidates.
- Provide recruitment-related data analysis and reporting to support management in formulating recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Participate in the company's talent management initiatives, promoting employee career development and advancement.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Five or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources management, with experience in team management preferred.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and related laws and regulations, with excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively formulating recruitment strategies and decisions.
- Strong team spirit and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding the team to achieve goals.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with cross-cultural work experience preferred.
