    The Opportunity

    The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) engages in non-promotional scientific exchange with Scientific Leaders or Key Decision Makers. The position interactions with Scientific Leaders or Key Decision Makers are built on the credibility of the scientific exchange held. MSLs develop and execute on action plans aligned with the Guiding Principles for External Stakeholder-Facing Activities, local and global company policies, local rules & regulations, and the Medical Affairs Plan.

    The Medical Advisor (MA) is responsible for implementing the medical strategy for specific Oncology products. They provide medical and strategic support to internal stakeholders, including the development of brand strategy, sales training, review of promotional materials, advice on regulatory and patient access submissions, clinical trial feasibilities etc. They would build relationships with scientific leaders providing them with the necessary information to make treatment decisions. These interactions also allow the Medical Advisor to gain insight on treatment practices and share these insights within our organisation.

    What you will do:

    Act as a link between our company and key doctors including involvement in local advisory boards, patient education programs and field visits to enhance relationship, company image and product understanding. Generate study ideas based on local unmet medical needs and write core protocol. Responsible for providing ongoing medical advice and support for all in-line products and related activities. Responsible for the disease and basic medical knowledge training for new products and related activities. Act as a medical and clinical consultant to our company and act as a medical spokesman externally when necessary. Ensure current medical marketing activities are fully compliant with all legal, local and international regulatory requirements, and ABS. Other assignments when required.

    What you must have


    • Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical experience is strongly preferred. Experience in assigned therapeutic area is highly preferred.


    • Strong scientific baseline knowledge in assigned therapeutic area(s), clinical trial methods, implementation and data interpretation, sound scientific and clinical judgment, and eagerness to continue to learn more in depth about a specific therapeutic area,


    • Ability to present scientific and other technical information with confidence, in a way that engenders trust and credibility.


    • Excellent communication skills across a variety of internal and external audiences including listening skills and probing skills.


    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to function within a team environment.


    • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and work under pressure.


    • Strong scientific baseline knowledge in assigned therapeutic area(s)
