    Description

    Gather and scrutinize data concerning the operational expenses of the company.
    * Take charge of financial analysis, modeling, and assessment to steer the business towards its financial objectives.
    * Conduct a thorough analysis of quarterly forecasts, contrasting actual outcomes with projections, and actively pinpoint areas for enhancement.
    * Keep standard costs, anticipated expenses, and gross margins up-to-date and well-maintained.
    * Ensure the accuracy of inventory records, perform three-way matches for inventory items, and determine inventory valuation, revaluation, and excess and obsolete inventory.
    * Carry out account reconciliations and supervise inventory audits.
    * Provide support during the financial close, prepare necessary journal entries, and assist during audits.
    * Propose adjustments to company procedures and policies to minimize costs and optimize profits.
    * Aid in financial planning and analysis endeavors, including the development of automated and scalable processes and reporting mechanisms.

    Profile

    * Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
    * Advanced English.
    * Advanced knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing.
    * 3+ years of relevant work experience
    * Excellent with Excel.
    * Ability to work independently.
    * Experience in manufacturing operations.
    * Experience with multiple legal entities, companies, currencies.
    * Be analytical and quantitative and very comfortable building advanced financial models.
