- Drive asset inflow from designated accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for asset growth.
- Deliver comprehensive client service actively.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with crucial intermediary stakeholders to expand the business portfolio.
- Effectively present asset classes and investment team capabilities during initial engagements.
- Lead discussions regarding Distribution Agreements.
- Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Engage in agreed-upon client interaction activities.
- Promote existing products actively, engaging with various intermediary teams to underscore the strengths of products relative to competitors.
- Assist clients in conducting peer comparison analyzes.
- Organize and lead roadshows/RM briefings.
- Address challenges or issues clients encounter in marketing our products to their end investors.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Investment, Compliance) to provide timely responses and resolve client issues.
- Foster strong relationships with distributors and drive asset inflow from designated distributors.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in asset management or the financial industry.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- SITCA certification.
- Senior broker designation.
- Strong team player.
- Demonstrates curiosity and a proactive approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data effectively.
