Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound to Taiwan employee mobility processes
- Serve as the regional primary point of contact for employees and managers on mobility-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, immigration regulations, and corporate policies
- Liaise with mobility external partner Envoy to deliver high service quality
- Collaborates with global mobility team and regional mobility representative
- Support business visa process with FCM
- Monitor performance, process flow and continue to enhance with efficiency
- Maintain accurate mobility records, documentation, and employee data
- Prepare reports on mobility metrics and trends
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of mobility programs, Taiwan's immigration policy and cross-border employment concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
