Job summary
The key responsibilities for this team lead role are: Leading the Trust parameter set-up team to ensure the new product codes are set-up/maintained timely Reviewing and coordinating WMO related projects for operational process review risk identification issue escalation monitoring implementation status Collaborating communicating with stakeholders for assigned Projects including Project team Product IT Regional Teams etc Coordinating within WMO for UR changes annual offshore income tax reporting working with IT vendor system enhancement Assuming the role of ULCR for WMO Reviewing all WMO related regulations official letters ensuring compliance Leading executing WMO BCP PDPA internal control tasks regular review RCSA SCSA Self-assessment DOA GLAO KRI etc Performing IPRS Finacle GLAO trust lending Reviewing UAT issue log tracking testing re-testing consolidating reports Handling customer complaints following up incidents.
