*What You'll Do:

Elementary teachers work with other staff to create a rich and responsive
learning environment and meet the individual needs of students in line with
our school's mission.

Our staff works to build meaningful relationships and dialogue with children
in a warm and respectful manner that instills joy in learning and nurtures
critical thinking, independence, and a positive self-concept. You will
participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development while also
taking the initiative to seek out opportunities to build on professional
knowledge.

Elementary teachers work collaboratively with fellow grade-level teachers to
plan syllabi and discuss/reflect on execution for each semester.
Additionally, teachers share in communicating with parents regarding
individual student progress and/or specific behaviors.
