【工作內容】
- 透過數據觀察與分析,規劃並優化司機溝通與營運策略,提出具體建議,以提升平台媒合率與營運效率。
- 負責司機留存與活躍度相關營運執行,依據留存與活躍指標規劃並執行相關活動與機制,降低司機流失並提升黏著度。
- 追蹤並分析司機日常/活動成效指標,定期彙整洞察,作為後續優化與調整之參考依據。
- 推動司機相關營運優化事項,與內部跨部門進行溝通協作,確保執行順暢;協助對外溝通事項,包含與公部門之日常聯繫與回應,確保資訊一致並符合相關規範。
- 處理司機於配送過程中所產生之日常問題,包含異常狀況釐清、資料確認與後續協調,確保營運運作順暢。
【我們正在找這樣的你/妳】
- 數據導向思維:具備良好的數據敏感,能從報表與指標中辨識問題(如司機流失原因),並提出具邏輯性的改善建議,推動優化行動。
- 主動且細心獨立:能在明確目標下主動發現問題與推進工作,具備細心度與責任感,能獨立完成交辦事項。
- 成熟的溝通與協作能力:具備良好的溝通判斷力,能與不同部門有效協作,促進共識並確保執行順暢。
- 具備成長型思維:面對變化與挑戰能保持彈性與學習態度,無論是活動執行或營運事務,皆能快速吸收並持續優化。
【加分項目】
- 具備 2 年以上用戶營運、留存(Retention)、CRM 或數據導向營運相關工作經驗,曾實際參與用戶分析與營運優化相關專案。
- 熟悉 Google Workspace 與 Microsoft Office,能獨立進行資料整理、分析與簡報彙整。
【工作待遇】
- 月薪 40,000元 ~ 45,000 元
- 歡迎無經驗或具備相關經驗者,薪資最終將根據人選能力來核定。
