- Lead a team with functions in digital marketing along with CRM, e-Commerce ).
- Planning, execution, and maintenance of frontend and backend functionalities of eCommerce platforms.
- Integration of online content, services, and activities, with regular updates, maintenance, and management.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms, including website management, product listing, and online payment systems.
- Data analysis and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- 10 years in digital marketing/CRM, e-Commerce, direct-to-consumer relevant positions, consumer/retail industries are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
- Understanding of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
- Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia tools is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to evolving digital trends and technologies.
- Effective communication and team leadership skills.
