Job Purpose
1.為房貸既有客戶提供服務.
2.提供客戶好的服務,處理溝通房貸問題,以達客戶需求滿意.維繫良好關係.
Key Accountabilities
1.擔任房貸既有客戶服務,達到既定的KPI
2.與Retention團隊合作,為內部和外部客戶提供優質的服務,無投訴
3.確保Retention團隊內的所有營運支援工作流程均實施適當的內部控制,以保護銀行免受潛在聲譽風險;營運欺詐和/或財務風險暴露。
4為新產品的成功上市提供一切營運支援。
5.幫助解決與房貸客戶相關的問題,並及時回報任何潛在的重大問題。
Job Duties & responsibilities
1.提供房貸既有客戶服務房貸帳戶變更轉換服務。
2.協助解決房貸客戶相關問題,並及時回報任何潛在的重大問題
3.確保適當的內部控制措施到位,防範操作風險
Required Experience
處理既有房貸客戶來電業務 良好溝通能力,有服務熱忱,具電話行銷經驗佳
專科以上畢業, 2年以上工作經驗
