    The Job

    As a Manufacturing Manager, you'll be part of our System & Solutions (JSS) business & organizations team located in Tainan. You'll get to:
    • Develop annual goals, plans, and annual budgets.
    • Develop annual training plans, goals, and plans for subordinates.
    • Formulate and regularly review departmental functions, organizational structure, grade levels and job responsibilities at all levels of organization.
    • Develop and improve performance regulations.
    • Responsible for factory planning and production layout.
    • Review and approve production capacity construction applications.
    • Review and approve production management documents.
    • Train direct reports.
    • Review production schedules, purchase requisitions, and issue monthly capacity reports.
    • Daily to review performance of job with subordinates
    • Lead weekly and monthly meetings and annual work summary meetings and assign coordination tasks.
    • Review and approve monthly performance bonus declarations.
    • Organize annual department organization and position review meetings to ensure that the organizational structure and position responsibilities are in line with the development needs of the company's production business. Implement the company's EHS requirements. .
    • Other duties as assigned.
    The Person

    • Bachelor's degree (Industrial management, materials or related background preferred)
    • At least 5 years' experience in fastener or related industry management
    • Good communication and coordination skills and team management ability.
    • Strong ability to work independently, able to work under pressure.
    • Value work ethics and have a positive attitude to deal with any problem.
    • Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
