Anna Harari

I hold a Master’s Degree in Asian Studies obtained from the University of Haifa (Israel). I am currently residing in South Taiwan (Kaohsiung), where I have completed 18 months of Mandarin Chinese Language studies sponsored by the Huayu Enrichment Scholarship. I have vast experience in customer service, credit risk and fraud management, and efficient cross-functional communication. With fluency in Russian, English and Hebrew, as well as advanced proficiency in Chinese, I possess excellent communication skills in multiple languages and adapt easily to diverse cultures. 

During my previous roles, I gained experience in customer service, risk management, and implemented chargeback prevention measures. I demonstrated strong attention to detail and adherence to international compliance regulations (KYC), ensuring effective fraud screening and customer verification. Additionally, I maintained CRM systems to optimize customer service and ensured communication between various departments. My experience also includes managing electronic components orders at all stages, coordinating communication between clients and suppliers, and developing projects and potential orders. Through these responsibilities, I gained an understanding of logistics processes and the importance of efficient coordination in ensuring the company’s performance.

Moreover, I have pursued advanced language studies, including Mandarin Chinese, which has broadened my cultural understanding and enhanced my global perspective. I am also fluent in English, Russian, and Hebrew. Alongside my educational achievements, I possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively, which enable me to excel in fast-paced and demanding environments.
