Chief Product Manager, I am responsible for Driving Digital Transformation with Digital-First Strategies through Omnichannel Solutions in retail stores in Asia (Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore).
Fully guaranteeing SLA of the IT initiatives and Operational Continuity by negotiating contracts and solutions for supporting the corporate goals and KPI.
Activities and achievements:
- Evaluated and implemented the World-class CRM Zendesk B2B (sell module), Digital POS Store, Digital Experience Platform (CPX), Digital Signage Solution, WhatsApp Business API, Private Traffic Retail, and Tik-Tok solutions.
- Designed the implementation of the O2O business model and Customer Journey.
- Assessed security policies of Data Compliance regulations, and PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act)
- Promoted Continuous Improvement strategy using Lean Six Sigma methodology and Project management activities.
- Handled the economic evaluation and investment of the projects (ROI, NPV, EAC).
2) Turavion Travel Agency, 智利 (2019-2020)
Team leader Six Sigma continuous improvement (DMAIC) for process optimization in the billing department.
Activities and achievements:
- Processed complete statistical analysis of the billing area and salesforce (Trend analysis, Process Capability Analysis (Cpk, Ppk, % defective report, etc.), One-Way ANOVA, and Linear Regression.
- Designed SIPOC and business process mapping diagrams and performed trend analysis, Ishikawa, Pareto chart, 5 Why, MCE, etc.
- Projected the reduction of variability in the average number of past-due invoices from 56 to 30 days which permits reducing 46% of the billing cycle time of all business units.
- Adapted a process control plan, promoting continuous improvement.
3) Falabella Retail S.A., 智利 (2019-2020)
Senior PM, I oversee the implementation of operational and technological solutions across retail stores in South America (Chile, Perú, Colombia, and Argentina).
Activities and achievements:
- Budgeted the top-notch hardware & technologies for a new building, "Flagship Parque Arauco," the largest innovative store in South America.
- Ensured compliance with the security policies, Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, and Website encryption using authentication standards (SSL/TLS), SSID, and ADFS.
- Implemented the World-class Citrix System (computing and virtualization) and Scala's digital signage.
- Led the Data Warehouse migration to Microsoft Azure (Data Lake).
- Promoted the utilization of Quality Control Management by using Lean Six Sigma.
