I have worked in the snow industry for ten seasons, driven not only by my passion for snowboarding but also by the joy that every skier/boarder brings to the atmosphere.

Since starting my backpacking journey in 2014, I have embraced working in multicultural and diverse environments. Traveling solo most of the time has allowed me to meet new people, form friendships, and learn from others, which has been incredibly rewarding. I am always open to further training and eager to acquire new skills as needed for my work.

In addition to my skiing experience, I have a background in customer service. As a former tour guide, I was responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests throughout the tour in a respectful and enjoyable manner. This role required me to work independently and maintain strong communication skills. My top priority has always been creating memorable experiences for my guests, and I take pride in achieving that.

With extensive experience in retail, ranging from fast-paced bistros to five-star hotels, I quickly adapt to different work environments and cultures.

Currently, I manag at a 17-room B&B on a small island in southwest Taiwan, which holds a 4.5-star rating on Google Maps. My responsibilities include providing travel information, managing the B&B’s Facebook page, delivering customer service, overseeing environmental sanitation, and handling room reservations. Given that the island has no hospital and our guests span a wide age range, I became a certified emergency medical technician to ensure their safety and well-being during their stay.
