I have been working in the brewing industry for the past 5 years, and during that time I have gained extensive experience in all aspects of the brewing process. 
I have experience as a brewer and I'm knowledgeable in all types of brewing methods. I have worked in a variety of establishments, including assisting with packaging beer after fermentation (canning/bottling), conducting CIP/COP and sterilization of lines and food production equipment, executing collecting , testing, and submitting samples according to quality control standards. In addition to my brewing skills and experience, I am also a motivated and hard-working individual, and I am always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the desired results.


• Responsible for brewing production, managing beer fermentation, and controlling beer flavor
• Conducted CIP/COP and sterilization of lines and food production equipment 
• Conducted implementation and supervision on the QC system 
• Worked with other departments throughout the brewing, racking, and packaging process


• Diploma in British Brewing Technology (Brewlab, UK) 
• SAKE NIHONSYU Navigator (Taiwan Wine Academy)
