• Assigned as a leading instructor of Special Self-Contained Class in 2016-2019, and head of Resource Room in 2021 till now.
• Planned and applied the Individualized Education Program for students with special needs.
• Held cross-professional conferences with doctors, therapists, social workers, and teachers.
• Provided adaptive courses and assessments for children with autism, intellectual disability, learning disability, and emotional or behavioral disability.
• Conducted related tests for psychological evaluation.

I am a special education teacher, and also a BCBA. With around 10 years of experience teaching children with disabilities, my profession is to design and conduct individualized plans, collaborate with other professionals, and apply behavioral techniques.
