Provide guidance and counsel on tax compliance matters including tax filings and payments.
* Assist in the preparation and monitoring of tax claims and credits, such as customs procedures and deductions.
* Proactively assess, identify, and evaluate tax risks within their specialized area, offering effective solutions.
* Participate in the oversight and management of tax audits and legal proceedings.
* Maintain clear communication with internal tax teams to highlight and address tax considerations associated with business initiatives and potential risks.
* Foster strong collaboration and alignment with internal tax stakeholders regarding tax issues pertinent to their respective domains.
* Aid in the preparation and oversight of tax treaty compliance and transfer pricing documentation.
* Contribute to the organization and management of financial and tax audits.
Profile
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting or tax roles within multinational corporations, with a preference for the FMCG industry.
* Mandatory 3 years of experience in tax or auditing roles at a Big 4 CPA firm.
* Proficiency in SAP is required.
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
* Strong coordination and communication skills across various functions.
* Fluency in written and spoken English is a fundamental requirement.
