    • You'll analyze finances, manage budgets, and implement strong controls to ensure accurate reporting and mitigate risks for the company.

    Financial Management:
  • Analyze and optimize financial procedures, streamlining workflows by leading the finance team.
  • Develop and manage financial plans and budgets, mitigating risks.
  • Oversee cost accounting, tax planning, and implementation.
  • Analyze monthly performance reports and identify actionable insights.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain financial management systems and policies

    • Internal Controls Coordination:

  • Implement, test, and report on internal controls frameworks, establishing clear guidelines and policies.
    • Conduct reviews and optimize SOP flows for enhanced efficiency.Identify and address significant deficiencies and material weaknesses in internal controls.Support internal and external audits related to internal controls.Provide financial expertise and guidance for local business needs.

    Profile

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license desirable: Your expertise and professional qualification position you for continued growth within the company.
    • Strong communication and analytical thinking abilities: You can clearly articulate complex financial concepts and readily grasp the nuances of business challenges
    • Proven understanding of IFRS: Your experience ensures accurate and transparent financial reporting that meets global benchmarks.
    • Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment (preferred): You thrive in dynamic settings where your financial expertise directly impacts strategic decision-making.
    • Prior experience with SOX compliance a strong asset: Your understanding of internal controls strengthens financial integrity and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Familiarity with FMCG or Retail industry a plus: While not mandatory, experience in these sectors allows you to hit the ground running and make immediate contributions.
