Responsibility

Guide and supervise team members by establishing individual objectives and monitoring their progress to ensure the attainment of Area targets.
Monitor the performance of the sales network, pinpointing areas for improvement - both individual and collective and taking timely action to address them.
Assess recruitment and training requirements, and participate in the team selection process.
• Identify, categorize, and manage accounts within the designated area.
Regularly visit and familiarize oneself with key accounts in the region.
Develop strategies to meet sales budgets, proposing initiatives to boost sales and rectify budget shortfalls.
Oversee customer credit management and ensure strict control over collections.
Assume accountability for the financial performance of the assigned area.
Determine pricing strategies for customers in alignment with pricing policies and profitability objectives, under the guidance of the Business Manager.
Negotiate and establish annual targets for customers and distributors.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Gather pertinent market intelligence for dissemination to relevant business units.
Coordinate events with other departments as necessary.
Identify Marketing and Technical Services requirements within the area and collaborate with respective departments.
Execute and monitor the implementation of Marketing plans.

Requirement

Hold the certificate of Veterinarian with more than five years working experience in Animal Health sector.
Good command of English.
Good communication and management skills with great sense of responsibility.
