- Work collaboratively with product managers and teams.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- In charge of multi-language of product documents and communicate with outsourcing and local vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Generate product marketing materials and sales documents, ex : sales kit, bouchure, etc.
- Deliver clear, consistent, and engaging product content, such as UI texts, notifications, error messages, FAQs, onboarding flows, etc.
- Partner with marketing and customer service teams to create a cohesive experience.
- Keep records of all information related to the product updated in terms of documentation, clarification, and presentation.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills Ex : Toeic higher than 900.
- Detail oriented
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Team player and self-motivated learner.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to get things done across teams/departments/offices.
- Always down for brainstorming, experiences being part of a fast-growing startup is a plus.
