- Get the instruction from Site Leader and Production Manager to execute the production strategy by building up the detailed tactics to achieve operation performance target, including EH&S, quality, cost, efficiency, productivity, produce to plan, operating discipline, equipment reliability and all continuous improvement initiatives for operations.
- Closely work with operators in daily operations for trouble-shooting, opportunity identification and incident investigation. Lead the systematic solution planning and execution. Lead production equipment/instrument management. Execute the long-term production capacity & capability planning from Production Manager to fulfill long-term business needs. Support Product Commercialized Framework (PCF) project for new product scale-up per business needs. Apply new technology, six-sigma, lean methodology etc. to lead the improvement projects and drive the result. Be the owner of operation Process Technology (PT) and responsible for Process Safety Management (PSM) in production. In charge of production performance data analysis and provide the input for decision making. SAP production master data management. Be Project Team Leader (PTL) & Field Contractor Administrator (FCA) for production capital project. Lead the execution. Be site Continuous Improvement (CI) leader for Operation Excellence (OpEx) deployment. Perform other related work process roles as determined by Plant\Site\Business.
