    Job Title: Project Manager - Lease Service Subscription

    Location: Taipei City

    Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership and exceptional project management skills to join our team and contribute to the success of our new business venture. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy, managing performance, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.


    Responsibilities:

    Market Research and Data Analysis:

    • Collect and analyze data on product performance, consumer behavior, market trends, and economic conditions.
    • Synthesize and analyze information to identify opportunities and threats, leveraging data to formulate product strategy.

    Product Strategy:

    • Develop launch plans for new business initiatives, establish product strategies, and communicate brand objectives.
    • Define product positioning, assortment planning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaign planning to achieve annual business unit targets.

    Product/Performance Management:

    • Possess a strong understanding of product management concepts such as inventory, sales, and replenishment (PSI).
    • Coordinate and manage relevant processes; adjust product sales strategies through performance tracking and analysis reports to adapt to dynamic market conditions.

    Project Management and Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and distribution channels.
    • Ensure the execution of product plans and strategies; communicate and coordinate with headquarters, providing updates on local product sales performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager or Sales Role with Leasing/Rental Service
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive projects to successful completion.
